Alberta’s irrigation system provides some of the best fishing in Alberta (as well as food, fun, habitat and water for communities). AIPA is happy to provide a little on-line fun to go along with that:

To enter the “Fishing Derby,” read the rules then use the contest on-line form to identify which water bodies in The Alberta Guide to Sportfishing Regulations are irrigation reservoirs and/or are fed by irrigation water.
The “Fishing Derby” closes on September 14, 2010 and winners will be notified by September 30, 2010 to confirm acceptance and the method of delivery of their prize.
