Keho Lake Campground
Some of the larger pike caught in the Province come out of Keho Lake, the main reservoir for the Lethbridge Northern Irrigation District. Keho Lake not only is a great fishing spot, but is one of the better kite/wind surfing lakes in the Province. Many access sites for surfing are available and a private club is located on the north side of the lake. The annual fee of just $20 gives you access to a campground and a great launch area.
A public 9-hole golf course and small camp ground are situated on the south side of the lake. When you camp at Keho Lake Campground, you can walk out of your RV and step onto the greens, since the camp ground adjoins the Club House. Slicers watch out: you might have to go for a swim to retrieve your ball on the first hole, which is bounded on the north by the reservoir. One other water hazard awaits you on a par-3. The fairways are wide and greens are large. Carts are available, but if you want the exercise, you can walk the course.
